This is all about the end of the web as we know it and moving everyone over to tiered internet service where you pay one price to go to a select group of sites and more money for more sites and if you want to view sites not on the list you may get very slow downloads from that site or nothing at all.

TWC Sux donkey A$$ their digital cable service is bad its like watching a badly encoded xvid file, or you get drop outs or Frozen images.

. The internet service is just ok it has way more downtime than I ever had with att dsl. Too bad we are stuck with ATT and TWC here in Austin. That is what makes this so bad If we had true open competition we would have lower prices and better service. If TWC and ATT didn't spend Billions each year trying to get legislation passed to keep out competition they would not have to gouge us so bad.
