ummmm.....

gametrailers.com FTW

spike sucks.
big and ugly? how about the cheap white plastic of the 360? or how about an external power brick? if you factor that in, theyre about the same volume.

i like shiny black and chrome much more than mcdonalds happy meal toy white plastic in my home theatre set up without question.

ps3 looks classy and mature.
i have a 16:10 laptop and at work i use two 4:3 monitors side by side. i much prefer the widescreen laptop screen. even with a dual monitor setup with 4:3 screens, everything feels cramped and cluttered. while dual 4:3 is useful, 16:10 are more practical and cheaper.
sony is coming out with a download video service this summer, and wd just released a 2.5" 10,000 rpm hard drive... this could be interestiing. anyone think a crazy modder will figure out how to cram one of these in the ps3 for super fast install/load/access times? im almost tempted... then again i bought my ps3 for $600 total.... putting a storage unit in it that is 50% of the original price seems a little crazy.

great.... so it can rrrod on me? no thanks. ill take my ps3 and like it for idk.... 10 years..
please? pretty please?
you all are hilarious, either you're blind or just have horrible memories. engadget makes grammatical errors all the time. do you feel original when you FINALLY notice it after reading hundreds of posts. or maybe you feel original after posting the same exact thing that one, two, three or even four people have before you. i know doing things that other people do makes me feel original and funny.

also - yes, the analog loophole is by far the best weapon and self-reliant method to circumvent DRM.

good day, sirs and ladies.
(yes im aware both hddvd and bluray use blue lasers flame me for something else please)
any word on handbrake compatibility? not updating till i know i cant rip movies.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
