The problem with this law is this. When California did the research and studied innatention factors in collisions, the # 1 innatention factor was not cell phones but eating while driving. So why is California banning cell phones and no mention of the dangers of eating while driving.
They are using a blue tooth remote power acitivation switch which alows them to know when a signal is reached. This still takes some guess work as it is non-directional.
