Seeing as how the smell is the biggest redeeming feature of the new Mulsanne, I'd just take a test drive everytime I long for that smell.
I missed the factory DBR9s and their epic war with Corvettes. But I'm really glad for them, and when the diesels stop being superior, Aston's LMP1 can truly win LeMans. That would be heck of a day.

And congrats to Corvette, love the C6R (all 'Vettes, actually), total domination. Last but not least, great race by Peugeot, totally deserved it, and that formation finish was the icing on the cake.

Time to get a new wallpaper to take over the Audi R10. :)
All that hype and all those good reviews make us UK people feel left out for now. Hopefully those O2 rumours turn out to be true. And not after an open letter, either. Imagine that, iPhone and Pre on the same carrier!

Blind hate is why we can't have nice things and coexist peacefully. Read the damn review.
10-second car. To 60, that is.
I was gonna do a reasonable argument and try to make you see the light, but the guys above me have done a fine job with reason. So I give you one word:

Die

:)
Miata, BMW 3 series, "old" German road barges, Hondas blowing head gaskets, and if the enthusiastic few still exist, Volvos, Saabs, Alfas, Fiats, Jags, Lotus, RXs, and Porsches. Also, the odd few vans, trucks, and Busa-engined k-cars.
I think BMWs are very, very good and are great engineers. Despite their image problems, and the "pricks are on the inside" jokes, they do make fantastic cars that are, such as the 3-series, good to drive, decent to look at, and easy to live with. And also, roadsters are the purest of cars, and truly fit the billing of "Ultimate Driving Machine".

Say what you will about Bangle, but he lead BMW out of design stagnation, and the original Z4 is a MASTERPIECE.
Come on, Nagmashot, be nice. Flaming others won't help. Take the high road and use the pure, simple truth to correct their mistakes.

:)

The only place I saw the Z8 was Clarkson's drive, and it didn't impress him. But then again, he knows nothing about the collectability of cars, only how hoon-friendly it is.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
