Engadget mobile! Sweet. I can use this.
Sold out on Newegg already and pre-order on the Shuttle site with an April 11th ship date. This one is going to be hot. I need to go get in line.

E6320 Core 2 Duo

More power than the Via C7. Nice size.
My Everex PC I bought myself for Christmas does what I bought it for - it plays video and sits as a small file server. But I agree it is ugly as sin. However - it is the quietest PC I have ever owned, the cpu fan is bios controlled and never comes on. Have to look at the leds to see if it is on.

Facebook is part of gOS and the enlighten window manager. Lots of on-line icons in gOS - blogs, meebo, Google office stuff, and gOS 2.0 has Google gears for off-line work.

I'm using my cellphone until I win, engadget!
As of this afternoon, the compusa.com website isn't tracking whats available in stores - just allowing on-line only shopping. So if you want to get something you got to get out to the store. I have a friend at my local store says he's known about the closings for at least 3 weeks. The letter is just CYA legalese.
In my suburb of Denver we have CompUSA, Circuit City, and BestBuy all within 100 feet of each other. I used to do the CompUSA thing a lot when they carried stuff for home builders(modders). Now it's just a PDA store. Our Circuit City is so high priced it should have a cover charge. This year was $5K to the Geek Squad for Christnas with a gPC from Walmart for me.
Still need a new phone!

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
