Virginia Tech students create "smart" brake lights for cars {Engadget}
Mar 26th 2008 11:29PM Something like this was tried by the San Francisco Municipal Transit system in the 1980's. If I remember correctly, drivers were so mesmerized by the lights that they rear-ended the busses. The system was changed to a steady light like the 3rd brake light on all cars today.

Mar 22nd 2008 11:27AM About once a month when I launch IE on my work system, I get a FULL PAGE AD screaming for me to install IE7 to replace IE6 which I much prefer. In addition to a unified Inbox, I would also like a way to 'clone' an account that is already on the iPhone since I don't use Mail.app. I have already made the suggestion to Apple that there be a way to delete and item from the POP server in addition to deleting it from the phone, like my Treo can do.
