Jan 6th 2008 6:34PM The funny thing is that Sharp already has a 32" 1080p model that retails for around $1000. According to all reviews there is no advantage to 1080p at this screen size.

Dec 7th 2007 8:29PM I bought a $30 IDE cable there once (yes, they charged that much because it was an 80 pin ATA-100 cable, oooh!). I also remember the apathetic, dismissive, even rude employees. Good riddance.

Nov 13th 2007 7:59PM While I agree in spirit, the reality is that by the time free software support for Blu-Ray movie playback becomes available (including the obligatory DRM crack) standalone players will reach the level of commodity affordability. I have to admit even though I prefer BD, the $99 HD-DVD player is looking quite attractive.
