How would you change MSI's Wind? {Engadget}
Jul 25th 2008 7:52PM They still haven't released the version with 6-cell battery, right?
I wish they'd release the $400 Linux version with a 6-cell battery.

Jul 12th 2008 9:02PM Basing a review of the GPS capabilities solely on a test in New York (city, I'm assuming?) doesn't seem very wise. I'm guessing there are several more sources you can use for AGPS. Someone should try it out driving in the country.
Of course, that "GPS antenna is too small" statement sounds like BS to me.

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith won't play nice with Rock Band guitars {Engadget}
Jul 1st 2008 11:54AM Heh, looks like you couldn't decide between two questions, neofolklore.
Anyway, they use the same button configuration, but the controllers do have some sort of identification. (See Rock Band only letting you use a guitar controller for guitar and bass). I'm not sure if there's a way for games to tell who made the controller or not.
And I'm still confused as to what is compatible with what. I remember hearing the wireless Rock Band controller doesn't work with the Guitar Hero games. This says the regular wired controller doesn't work with the Guitar Hero games:
