This is great news, Buffalo is the only brand of network equipment I'll buy.
"urban tools hipsters"

Boy I can't get enough of that snarky Engadget 'tude. How about you guys report the news without editorializing for once? I don't even understand the remark, everyone who rides a bicycle is a tool and a hipster? Or is it everyone who lives in a city/urban area and not the suburbs? Is this blog's target market middle America or something? Way to come off as out of touch dweebs posting from mom's basement guys, not to mention alienating your audience.
Engadget has Ben Heck on staff so they can't be enthusiastic about other ugly hacked together portable game systems- only his.
Full disclosure: Ben Heck works for blogsmith
The Aleste games are very cool, by Compile the developer of Blazing Lasers (TG16, available on VC) and Puyo Puyo among other things. Hope we get MSX on the VC in the US but I'm not holding my breath.
The demo on the JP store has a tendency to crash and cause the system to hang, that's probably why it was delayed for the US. It's greatly improved over the 360 version from what I saw and I'll probably be picking it up when it's released here.

Ian Curtis is fucking spinning in his grave
To hell with this, and to hell with Quore. I'm not paying for ads.
Hey Engadget, could you guys make a separate blog where you can get your snark on or whatever and leave this one for reporting? Your articles read like the comments section. You don't need to editorialize on every damn thing.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
