Yes, this happened to me on the first day I purchased the new Unibody. I was in denial, so I held on to it like a mother does to the flesh that comes out of her womb. Only after 7 days of the issue peeking it's evil head, I decided to take her back into the home land. Once there, they made me recreate the symptoms, this was not hard. They immediately stated that they would exchange it for a new in box replacement. I accepted their offer and have not had an issue since, but I also have not taxed it very much since I just finished reloaded the bootcamp side since Winclone was a bad boy on Windows 7 beta.
iPhone '09, I think you meant iPhoto '09, ;)
Just what I have always wanted!
Yes, a present from someone who knows what I really want,
Sorry to burst your bubble, but if what I am looking at is correct, it seems as if Apple does not own this url, but a company who specializes in mistyped domain names does.

Domain Name: IPHONENANO.COM
Registrar: FABULOUS.COM PTY LTD.

Please forgive me if I am incorrect, but I do not think I am.
That is it, not only is he homophobic, AIDS patient bigot, he does not even read the book that he hides behind. I cannot even count how many times acts of God are revealed within the Bible.

HOW DOES HE EXPLAIN NOAHS ARK/FLOOD?

I am sick and tiered of politicians dipping, dodging lying for the almighty dollar. Huckabee is just like the rest, a corrupt hypocrite. If we as American citizens do not wake up to these shenanigans, then God help us all.

Did you not even take the time to check out the link where Apple themselves state that you do not have to register to claim your warranty? I can tell you the answer. No you did not. Following someone or something blindly can often put you in danger, if not at the bare minimum look foolish.

Some companies may require a "Warranty Registration Form" to be filled out, but Apple explicitly states that your warranty is not based off of product registration. How clearer could that be?
@49 cory

What are you talking about, the link https://register.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GlobaliReg.woa states "Your warranty is the same whether or not you register."

This is some proof that people just like to bend over and take it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
