Nope, the rest is machine-assembled. No screws. Only way to take that apart is to break it apart! Impressive task getting it down that far.

Hmmmm... my town has a population of 27,000... wonder if we'll get it next? ;)

Bill
No problems here. Win7 rtm and iPhone 3GS.

Hey, why not just throw Snow Leopard on a PC? Oh wait... you CAN'T! That's the reason they have to test it on a Mac! Underlying hardware and drivers are for Mac because that's the only way their OS will run! But yet, you can throw Win7 on a Mac no problem. Amazing, ehh?

Bill
Excellent OS. VERY stable. I have been running the betas and RCs since April and have been VERY pleased. They had one release, I think it was RC2 that was really flaky, but the RTM is extremely stable. I am VERY happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. I have it on a high-end notebook as well as a netbook, and it runs well on both. Thank you, Microsoft, for nailing this one! Great right out of the gate.

Bill
Pretty sure he was asking if there was a flip-out one like this one for the iPhone.

And no, I don't believe they have that exact type, at least not that I could find on their site, but they do have a pretty cool one:

Ok... I want one. When it's finally smooth, it's certainly the way technology is going. Full PC/phone in the pocket, bluetooth headset in the ear. Tie it to a bluetooth watch with caller ID and basic function... Too sweet.

Bill
No, my butt is NOT a charging port. :)
That is just too funny AND something to hope for!!!

Wow indeed. All of the sudden Apple multitouch patent seems like a joke. Let's go back to resistive touchscreens! Please, oh PLEASE someone other than Apple implement this quickly. I LOVE my iPhone, but I REALLY hate Apple. So let's see HTC or one of the other big guys put this in!

Bill
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
