I want to put this in my kitchen for recipes and kitchen automation!
I'm glad they're dead. The laptop I bought from them in '06 did not last a year and had plenty of troubles during that time. Their support NEVER got back with me on any issue I had.

Stay dead, bitches. You are not wanted here.
If anyone has troubles with their addons not installing with FF 3.5, check out this addon that forces install. It works:

SageTV has a Netflix plugin and it will work fine over the extenders. This box only works with SageTV.
Hello, I'm researching a problem with windows media center and tuning WMCtv and WPTY, Memphis and have found the answers for Windows Media Center (MCE) over at thegreenbutton.com. Check it out. I now have WHBQ and am able to view in MCE. The other channels, no go. Here's a link to the fix and an explaination.
http://thegreenbutton.com/blogs/pnear/archive/2006/09/12/202708.aspx

Basically, the channel info for WHBQ in MCE is incorrect. The fix is in the link and you will be able to view that channel.

For WMC and WPTY, it is the TV station's fault! We cannot fix it and have to live without those channels in MCE. We will have to contact the channels and give them the link to that blog. Maybe, if they are not busy (or if we can even get ahold of the engineers), they will have time to troubleshoot with one of us to get this corrected.

As it stands, you can watch WHBQ in media center (I use MCE2005). But, we cannot watch WMC or WPTY. Please, let's make an effort to contact these guys.
This one is microsoft's, and was a couple years ago, fault. There is no need for them to add this to their software! They should've ditched it back with MCE2005. This is not the first time this has been an issue.
sorry, I keep forgetting not to post right after I get home from work!
"Given how clumsy some of Nyko's other Wii accessories are..."

Wow, that sounds like a n00b comment. Nyko's Wii stuff is awesome. What is that guy referring to?
Sounds pretty boring over there in Europe.
No, $200 more. I forgot to add the "more". The auction was at $1,300.

Sure.. yes
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
