Aug 6th 2008 12:39PM If this is anything like the freecom/mediagate i used to have then you might as well burn/hammer/kill any thought of paying 100 bucks for it.
They can't play certain audio formats, some divx/xvid files don't work and you can't update the codecs. I even went on the knowledge hunt and hacked the £&4% out of it and it was still $&%!
Just spend a little more and get a decent graphics card, a media keyboard and a long ass AV cable for your PC, my "MEDIA BOX" is relegated to being an external USB drive nowadays.
Wish i never spent the cash on it.

Jun 2nd 2008 8:44AM Add some then!. i've only added one but you can safely run an extra 2 usb ports outta this thing without any major skills, more if you kill the camera and add in a coupla hubs, i reckon with a little (Dirty word) "Effort" you could be running a total of 12 usb.
you powers going to be zapped within a minute or two if you try to use them all though!

Please remember to use the search function as its full of geeks and not searching really gets their hackles up.
I hacked mine to shit to get it in there a couple of months ago and i love it.
