Palm Centro drops to $70 on contract with AT&T {Engadget}
Jul 11th 2008 9:11PM The Centro may not enjoy the dribbling adulation of the Engadget iSlaver fanboy mob, but it's a superb cheap smartphone offering a load of functionality for its price point. And it has a really good keyboard and more useful software than you can shake a stick at.
And it also does video, MMS and crazy wild things like cut and paste and global search which a few users might find useful.

Jul 9th 2008 7:53AM Ain't that the truth.
You can just *feel* the Apple PR manipulation going on, and Engadget and the sad little queuing fanboys are all playing along like good little poodles.
Any chance of some real news please Engadget? Thanks.
