The poor man's 5dmkII, from what I've heard. And that is in no way an insult, I would love to own this if I could not afford the 5d.

But wait... isn't this suppose to be the same price as the 5dmkII??!??
Updating to 3.0 didn't mess up my custom carrier logo!
If it can handle screen play formatting, I will pre order one.
I really like that usb parrot... I really thought about buying it, would without a doubt make a great gift.
Rack mountable! If Apple is targeting pro users with these awesome computers, why the hell are they not mountable?

Notice that big gap in between the Avid and the Raid? Perfect spot to slide that Macpro in... not going to happen though.
Everyone just needs to stop scheming all of the time... impossible, I
know.

Free speakers though.
Science and materials, I would say.

Favorite would have to be the early 5d mark II coverage... actually led me to spend $2,700 on a product I had not yet used.
Finally, my damn Mac has been turning its self on around 5:00 everyday for some time now... I've obviously never been able to figure out what was going on.
What will it do to a Sony ex-1 xdcam or any DSLR?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
