probably in itunes, just like for other ipods
wow your really cool.
Then why report this ??? Why dont you report that 1.1.1 iphones can be downgraded and unlocked now or something. thats much more interesting then a news story you report simply to prove its false???

So basically, someone with 1.1.1 out of the box( like unactivated and OTB) could downgrade to 1.0.2 and unlock thier iphones from there. right?
someone please answer #22's question, its mine too :P
@#22 i second your question. I haven't been able to find a straight answer anwhere
old news kinda. Im waiting for a free unlocker tbh

The fact that this seems to be for OTB iphones with 1.1.1 too is awesome though
so the general concensus is that this works on an out of the box 1.1.1 iphone? This, plus the new ipohnesimfree....

Im seeing a sim unlocked 1.1.1 very soon :)/ hopefully. I mean, its already there, just not free.

and OTB iphones with 1.1.1. Waht if someone wants to jailbreak their 1.1.1 OTB iphone?
wait. please, someone clarify this. If i order a new iphone from apple now. Its gonna be 1.1.1. So if i follow these instructions... jailbroken 1.1.1. Or do I have to activate the iphone through at&T first and then i can jailbreak it?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
