1. This car would never come to America anyways.
2. I will take the dash and cf roof on my sti, the interior has needed a soft touch for a long time!
3. WTF Subaru, what happened to you!
Not surprised AT&T came last, they have the WORST support ever. I have called in a few times, mostly for account related questions. Their staff isn't even aware of their own pricing policies for one. Two they are the rudest people ever, I have been hung up on. I have asked to speak to a manager only to be put on hold, then disconnected from. I can't wait until the iPhone is on another carrier, AT&T has more then their network to fix, they have to fix their support staff FIRST!!!
I am maybe one of the few interested in this. I currently have a ReadyNas Duo, and while it works pretty well the underlying software is pretty much junk. File permissions screw up all the time, thankfully Netgear knows this an thoughtfully includes a checkbox to reset them in the Nas configuration web page, but they don't take the time to actually fix the problem.... Plus I have seen multiple times where the device will create folders name for the first letter of each directory you have. So if you have folders named Dog and Cat, it would create two empty folders named D and C... Again they don't seem to care to fix these problems. So depending on what type of backend is on this device it might actually be better.
I have been an owner of the current popcorn hour for almost a year now and have yet to see something compare to its functionality for the price. I don't really have the need for a cd/dvd/bluray drive or even a hard drive in the device, but I could see the need for some. But the biggest thing I think most people have complained about before is the interface. I hope they made it a little more up to date and nicer to look at. That's one thing I think others players have managed to do.

Oh and a RF remote is nice, but I hope you can still use a IR remote like my logitech harmony remote to control it. Would suck to have to use their remote if the Harmony could work just as well even if its IR.
My question is, does the internet tethering hack (non jailbroken phone) still work in the Settings -> General -> Network - > Internet Tethering.
I think it can, and probably will. Anything that opens up the wireless companies to allowing devices on multiple network providers and allows applications to be developed freely without interference from wireless companies is a win.

I say, thank god the government is doing something right.
SlingPlayer Mobile was "initially rejected because redirecting a TV signal to an iPhone using AT&T's cellular network is prohibited by AT&T's customer Terms of Service."

BS - You can use Sling Box software on any other platform WM, Blackberry. This is directed entirely at the Iphone for no reason. Someone is lying and someone needs to get their head busted for this!

Plus I just want to call out Apple for their stupid policy on block apps that mimic functionality of the iphone. What about web pages that mimic functionality of the iphone, their are pages for calculators, calendars, e-mail... seriously this policy is BS.

Seriously makes me hate Apple and AT&T more and more each day I read these things. Google and Android are looking better by the day.
I think the game looks fun although the graphics are hurting as its using 2002 technology :( Will see what kind of reviews it gets. Really surprised its not coming out on the PS3, they have sixaxis which you could use to steer too.
Hmm, have to wonder if maybe AT&T will let the 3G version through here in the USA now that they are starting to be looked at by the FCC. I sure hope they loosen their grip on Iphone Apps and let them on their network. Also glad to see 16:9 support being added as I am tired of watching video's on a 2.8" window when I have a 3.5" screen available. Sling should have had that in the first version.. why not use all the screen space from the begining, maybe even offer some zoom levels like on the desktop version next time!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
