Yes, i am aware that apple uses cups, im sure they use a bunch of other open source libraries, and i know they will not release it, sacrificing all their "hard" work.

but w/e its a thought.

Am i the only one her who thinks mac osx should be open source? how awesome that would be. they already dont really protect macs well. no activation server like in windows.

Come on Steve just release the source for mac osx.
I myself would like to be able to compile and assemble mac osx in a gentoo type way.

I am not a fanboy, of anything, im a fan of open source operating systems, so i guess linux, but i like all unix based os's. windows has a purpose too though.

Everyone have a nice night.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
