Jul 19th 2008 6:34AM All those statistics do not take into account the vista licences sold that are downgraded to windows XP. I personally have sold ~200 computers with Vista Business OEM licences that have ALL been immediately downgraded to XP Prof (Vista Business licence allows that). So the number of Vista licences sold has no relation to the number of computers running Windows Vista in use today.

Jul 14th 2008 1:09PM Isn't the term "(ro)bot" used a little too loosely here? As far as i can see, this is just a "remote controlled mechanical fish". I would assume a robot has to have at least some kind of capacity to move autonomously.

* Up to 64 GB at 8.5 mm height
You see - no mention of 832GB.
And i can't help but wonder if 64GB is 8,5 mm thick, is the 416GB disk that the manufacturer IS talking about, 55mm thick??? Come on, click the link on the article i dare you.

Oct 11th 2007 10:41AM I built one 20" wide picture frame mysqlef. Using a Samsung 205bw + an embedded mobo. Runs Linux. Can also be used as a (slow - it has a 500MHz AMD Geode LX CPU) kiosk. Cost me around 400 dollars. Why would anyone pay three times that much is beyond me.
