Fucking awesome
SWEET OH YEAHHHHH!!!
I want this tech!!!
Absolutely wonderful I think this is the greatest idea, an open source software for cell phone with all the google apps, although there should of course be a phone especially designed to run all this software but I truly believe that this will help create a great tool for developing creativity and functionality, this will allow us to have a very personal cell phone experience filled with people's necesities... plus if google develops an easy to use platform we will be able to create programs and apps very easily... Good bye Windows Mobile & Iphone. The big G is here!

This was obviously gonna happen, the moment I say something about a Mac, every single Mac user comes to defend their Mac... Yes, Apple computers do have .dll files, almost everything nowaday have .dll files and usually when you install some kind of third party apps in a Mac they damge it, because Apple doesn't like third party apps, the same happende with the iphone... And about fixing a problem in a Mac or PC, whatn I mean is that with a PC you can get much closer to the hardware by using the software which you can't with a Mac. Anyone who has had a Mac and a PC knows what I am talking about.
Hi John, you are certainly right about the fact that the Wii is a console targeted for a different audience, I don't think it is aimed to be a console for young ones, in my opinion it is targeted to whole families... Certainly the PS3 will have some good games in the months to come but I don't think that everyone has 600$ to spend in a console and comparing the PS3 to the xbox 360, in terms of graphics it looks exactly the same and the xbox 360 has much more games. By the way I owe a 360. Now if we start to speak about games the wii also has and will have more games to come for a more mature audience such as manhunt 2, bully, metroid 3, resident evil 4, and zelda... While the xbox 360 has Halo 3, GTA IV (coming) and a huge variety of other games. Now, we are actually speaking about the businss strategy, they have two consoles against them, one which is the cheapest and most revolutionary one (The Wii) and the other which is also cheaper, in terms of graphics looks almost the same and has a much larger amount of games (Xbox 360). I respect your opinion but I don't share it...

The PS3's business strategy is awful, there is no way for them to be the number 1 console with that price especially if you have something so revolutionary and relatively cheap called the Wii, Period
It is a great idea to have a new console, although I believe that having no memory is not a very good dea, anyway xbox 360 rocks and it has amazing games like halo 3 and upcoming ones like GTA IV
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
