correction: remove the word "transfer" from my comment (got excited and threw it in by mistake)
quote:"With speeds of 4.8 Gbit/s (600 MB/s)..."

Oh Lord God in Heaven, not this B.S. again...

It's "with transfer speeds of _UP TO_ 600 million Bytes per second..."

If you use phrasing other than this, you're
* in marketing, or
* a liar, or
* you don't know what you're talking about, or
* all of the above.

p.s. Have they worked out the "which *%&*# side is 'up' on this *$&#'ing USB Port?!?" problem yet?

(Doh -never mind; I can't see the existence of the video in my Opera browser 'cause I don't have the Flash player plugin installed. Please ignore or delete my comment.)
Don't let the turkeys get you down; some of us wanna see the hardware, connection info, and the menus! (But I'm not seeing the link to the video?)
"Gotta make a move to a town that's right for me... do da do do..." Does that mean move as far away from the nuclear power plant as you can? Joking aside though, the graphics are very good and distinctive (even if it doesn't really help one remember the company name): anyone have any idea what ad firm produced this? Or even better, what programs were used for the graphics (has a real video game feel to it, sort of like the "Civilization" meets "The Sims"...)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
