anySIM is here: open source GUI iPhone unlock app {Engadget}

Sep 16th 2007 6:12PM I have been attempting to unlock my iphone for the past three days trying a variation of methods from all over the internet. As of right now i am using "anySIM" and is currently dumping the NOR. I will quickly post whether or not this has finally worked and has made me the happiest iphone owner in gilbert, AZ. To say the least to everyone one has the opportunity to get their hands dirty on this challenging project, you are all appreciated for your dedication and hard work. And lastly to make it extremely easy and most importantly free for all of us iphone users to enjoy the iphone like it should be enjoyed! thank you

iUnlock Reloaded: free iPhone unlocking for dummies now available {Engadget}

Sep 15th 2007 6:41PM This is awesome news! and all the credit goes to the countless hours put in by all of you guy's at engadget! On another note Im having so much trouble staying connected to "ibrikr".after i activate my iphone using the lockdown file on ibrikr is doesn't stay connected to my phone. I have restored the iphone many times just to get a connection through ibrickr to try to complete the unlock. I have been so close i think my iphone did a back flip! I have put in countless hours and it seems I left off where i started. If anyone help me out with some usefull info that would be appreciated! Thank you
