I already have one on my desk for just under € 400,- It looks great. The metallic really isn't that orange and changes colour a bit with the brightmess of the light in the room. Great monitor!
That IS sexy. The pricing is quite good as well. If I could learn to live with only half a terabyte of disc space, I would consider to buy this baby for real.
It's a good thing the European Commission fights this. One of the few things that goes well in the bureaucratic nightmare that is the EU. Trust me, I live in it. They burn money like it's rocket fuel. Opening up Micro$oft software will only contribute to better solutions, not only from the competition, but it will also make MS work harder.
Nu put that thing in an iPhone and you have a winner. Oh shit, did I just use the i-word?
Me too. Intel being so far ahead of AMD gives me the creeps. The battle between these two is what keeping the price/performance ratio of processors on the Light Side.
It's about time the price of x-rays went down.
You can never watch enough of this stuff. I do have one request for Tom though: build a bigger bad ass blender to chuck such a guitar in without having to fragmentise it first.
Well, there must be a market for rigs like these - Alienware still exists - and it's all wonderful how powerful such a 'portable' thing is, but Bad Ass Gaming and Laptop just don't mix well together. Any real gamer wants at least a 22" screen and a large ergonomic keyboard. And though I love the Ripley design, people who are really in the market for this kind of portable power would probably prefer a sleeker design, but I guess we'll never know.
Maybe this is just a setup. A former Samsung in-house lawyer with a possible grudge? I'm not blindly believing this.
"I do not like it when you touch my breast," she said after she slapped the dude. I'm sure this feature won't make it in the Final version of this thing. It's Japanese, remember?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
