seems a bit laggy to me. Not as bad as the first software release of the EU Hero, however definitely slower than my latest software release Hero (which scrolls faster through screens and most lists than my previous iPhone).

I have 120 mbps down / 10 mb up on UPC Eurodocsis 3.0 in the Netherlands. And I actually get this speed as well. They sent somebody to optimize my connection and finalize the installation. € 80 including taxes per month. Price will come down, it has been introduced las month.

reception is great. Never had 3G reception in my house, neither did my 2 other Sony Ericsson phones. Now I do get it (to be honest: most of the times, it goes back to GSM in some places of the house). 3G call quality is excellent inside the house, no dropped calls. (this is for T-Mobile Netherlands).
Battery life has improved as well. Can now get more than 24 hours of active use out of it.

how is the reception, is it better/worse than the 1st generation iphone??
Please turn 3G off first, so you can compare reception of GSM (non 3G networks). 3G is a separate network.
