Your comment proves that teaching idiots to read and type doesn't cure them of their underlying problem. You should buy 4 netbooks, place one under each tire, then run over them simultaneously to determine if they're equally damaged.
No, the moral of this story is simpler - treat your laptop with respect. Don't be an idiot and run over it.
Seems a bit elitist to take such a position, don't you think? Not that it matters to you what I think, I don't understand your point.

Are you trying to say that you think that a software product isn't worth looking at, unless it originates from company that has been developing packages for Macintoshes since [insert date here]?

Or is it your position that the market is glutted with best-of-class software and the folks at TechSmith didn't get into the Kool-Aid line soon enough to warrant consideration as participant in the OS X software market?

I'm just wondering...
This is great news for both PC and Macintosh users. Whenever a company offers their products for both platforms, they end up increasing their sales. The increase in sales helps to fund the further development and refinement of the products. As a Windows user, I expect that the Macintosh version of Camtasia will ultimately improve an already great product - through Macintosh customer feedback to the folks at TechSmith.
English - thanks very much.

As an American, I prefer to think about my measurements as I make them - rather than that Euro metric garbage.

I like the idea that I am 6 foot, 2 inches tall - instead of 1.8796 meters - 1.8796 meters makes me sound short...

It's a joke.
Simon -

Notwithstanding your reply, which made me chuckle, and double up on my testosterone injections, I guess I was surprised to see a company offering a product in basic business black, and labeled with cute, puffy pink lettering and hearts... It's a design aesthetic that one doesn't see often.

It may not appeal to me, but I am sure there are plenty of lumberjacks, ice road drivers, deep sea commercial fishermen, and other he-men types who have been waiting for this...

Thanks for reminding me to re-enroll in my diversity training!
What kind of a Macintosh-using man would buy this printer? Give me a break - this is clearly aimed at Hello-Kitty fans, people who shop for printers in a Sanrio outlets, and zircon-encrusted iPhone-toting starlets with purse puppies...
Lowly grad student and family man (read this as his child's 529 account has been killed by the stock market plunge) needs some high quality speakers for home - do you think you could send them to me?

I love your contests!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
