I've been fucked over by Verizon too many times to go back to them. AT&T does some stupid stuff, but none of it has been as bad as Verizon was…yet.
How come all these lists of Twitter apps never mention Twittelator and Twittelator Pro?

Twittelator Pro is the best for me, partly because things like the reply button require only one click instead of going to a detail screen and then clicking reply like so many other ones.
Powerset is an excellent website that pulls in wikipedia data in an iPhone optimized format, and also has a number of other features that make it quite useful. And it's free, of course.

I use CalorieKing right now, as it has an incredible database that is extremely helpful.

I downloaded this app, and tried to enter my breakfast. Not only are Cheerios not on the list, but even a generic search for cereal comes up with nothing.

Sounds like I'll be sticking with CalorieKing for now.
I replaced my first generation MacBook Pro with a MacBook Air. There are limitations, but I wouldn't trade for a new MacBook Pro now.

The portability is incredible. When I need it as a desktop, I hook up an external display (sometimes). Some things I keep on an external drive, and it would be nice if I didn't have to do that but it's not a deal-breaker.
I went to a Coinstar machine intending to actually get an iTunes gift card. It failed, and instead gave me a receipt for the cash minus a fee.

I had to contact the Coinstar company and have them mail me a check for the fee.
So how long is this supposed to take? You make it sound like it would happen almost immediately, but it's taken almost 5 hours and my wife hasn't received her invite yet.
Yeah, doesn't look like company related chatting there. When I was at Apple, using IM programs was strictly prohibited. That may have just been a retail thing, though.
Just go peek behind any genius bar and you'll see that.

PeopleSoft isn't perfect, but trust me—it's way better than the previous system.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
