Hulu Desktop app puts a remote control friendly face on for Macs & PCs {Engadget}
May 28th 2009 10:51PM Don't blame hulu, it isn't their fault.
Firstly, hulu is only a hosting service for shows FOX, NBC etc. create and are therefore beholden to the demands of these TV networks.
These TV networks have deals with over sea TV networks as well as having to deal with international copyright law making it difficult for them to offer the show to the rest of the world.
In short, don't blame hulu, blame the TV networks (but not really because it isn't totally their fault either).

These commercials are not aimed at a tech savvy audience. They are aimed at the masses who don't know how to use bit torrent (some of whom don't know how to even rip CDs).
The target audience of these commercials, I would assume, respond pretty well to them.

California video game law fails again in Circuit Court {Joystiq}
Feb 20th 2009 6:04PM Idiotic. Not only the thought of this law, but pushing it after it clearly is going to fail is also stupid.

Feb 12th 2009 8:58PM IBuyPower and CyberPower PC are for people who don't want to build the rig, but are still technically proficient enough to do any tech support on their own.
I have a cyberpower PC and it has failed a few times but each time I have fixed it on my own. Don't count on their tech support.
