How to tell if you're obsessed with video games {Joystiq}
Mar 20th 2007 1:40PM actually, I got good enough to where I could whip my controller AT the reset button if I was about to lose in tecmo bowl. still can't quite hit the power button on the 360, but I'm workin on it...
Macworld San Francisco in two expo halls {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Sep 26th 2006 9:37PM "Downside: More Mac users (you know what I mean)"
yep. more strokers coming up to my booth who already know everything, and more people walking around on their bluetooth headsets saying "YEAH, I'M AT MACWORLD. IT'S PRETTY COOL. WHAT'S THAT? NO I CAN'T, I'M AT MACWORLD. BLAH BLAH STEVE JOBS BLAH BLAH."
and +1 on the hopeful lack of iPod accessory dominance. would be great to never see a feather-laden purse with a pouch for an ipod, thereby granting the need for its own booth.

Macworld looks at iPhoto 6 {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Jan 16th 2006 7:47PM best feature of iPhoto so far - no longer has to copy your files to some obscure library structure when imported into the program. it will leave them exactly where they are!
Eleksen's new ElekTex Bluetooth fabric keyboard {Engadget}
Jan 16th 2006 4:36PM they had a booth at macworld, with this keyboard blue-toofed up to a motorola cell phone. it was VERY responsive for text entry. I imagine it would be even better on a PDA.
Improve at Counter-Strike by ruining your monitor {Joystiq}
Jan 4th 2006 11:10AM or do what i've been doing since Marathon-on-the-Mac days:
use two pieces of thread taped at each end. easily removable and easily adjustable.
Covering Apple's Special Event {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Oct 12th 2005 2:49PM okay, I'm a little confused here... earlier today you post an article wondering what kind of dollar value we would apply to this site. seeing as how I visit this site a few times a day, and enjoy (most) of the content, I had a respectable value I was going to post. but after reading this post, I'm afraid you just proved to all your readers why your sister sites are linked FROM here, as opposed to the other way aroud. C.K., Laurie, et. all - c'mon. as web journalists you should know better than to post something like this. here was your chance to shine as one of the better apple-related sites - and by posting a chat log filled with mindless chatter - you blew it. tuaw.com now feels like the bored chatter of a 13-year old kid saying what cool things he found on the internet today. (no offense to the 13-year olds who read this site....) you should be ashamed.
