that's ingenious. now i finally have an idea about how to get my decorative dinner plates to stand up on their shelf in the kitchen (without wasting $10 on a plate rack).
my canon 20d can shoot 5 frames per second. you could just shoot continuous frames and use some software from the internet to combine them into an AVI. no hardware hacks necessary.
yesterday's college senior project is today's high school senior project. With similar results.

Northeast US, Verizon. Couldn't make outgoing calls on two different regular (NOT blackberry!) cellphones for at least an hour. Never had that problem before.

Was able to receive incoming calls though, but had some reception trouble.

It's working normally now though.
A friend did this about 10 years ago. But he glued his to a sheet of beveled glass, and handwrote small letters in the appropriate places. It was beautiful, and it worked, too.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
