@Khris I 100% agree. Thats my point. MS didn't think this through. Instead of holiday wishes, it's just going to be a Mac/PC fanboy war.
Nice work Engadget. All these extra tabs are going to take a while to get used to, but so far so good!
I thought Win 7 was all unicorns and fairy dust? How dare anyone malign the Apple haters savior!
I'm not defending Apple's review process, but these weird rejections are anomalies that make up a fraction of a percent of all submitted apps. The issue is valid, but has been blown way out of proportion on the internet.
By that logic, that leaves 10,000 good apps. Still a whole lot more than the Pre.
It depends what your definition of "is" is.
This should definitely be part of the built-in Maps app, not a separate downloadable app via the App store.

That aside, there is now actual competitors to the iPhone (Pre/Droid). It will be interesting to see where Apple takes the iPhone platform. iPhone 4.0 needs to be a ground up enhancement of the UI with multitasking capabilities and better notification handling. The next iPhone needs to up the ante significantly for Apple to continue their growth rate in this marketplace.
I sure didn't accomplish being college buddies with Microsofts creator.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
