I appreciate this delay. They are ironing out any glitches in the firmware NOW instead of making the end user suffer. Well done Nokia is all I can say.
Oops! I see you using some big terms like "tech blog author" and stuff to this Engadget team here. Incase you didn't know, these are some school going kids.

This is not the first time, this blog is filled with such comments from its readers. Still, they don't learn/correct themselves Infact they don't even attempt to.

I hear that even the apple fanboys hate so much of an obsession and biased-ness. Engadget will never learn.
Well, U miss the actual plot. Different horses for different tracks.
(3) The Zii has a standard price of 399 for everyone, the Apples has to have a price for special people with 2 yr contracts and others get stuck with $800 hard earn money bill. Zii Wins

Trying to compare it with touches (including the rumoured upcoming one!) would be reasonable,

Anyways, I totally am in the Zii camp!
I was seriously considering to start some apps development. I was heavily confused between choosing Symbian (C++) and Android (Java). I am more comfortable in C/C++ but I prefer to develop for Android. And am glad (very) to see that this Plazma platform for this device supports C++ development. I think, I just made my mind.

If they just throw some 3g radios for some extra dollars, I would immediately go for it. This is a killer device! Creative definitely seems to have a winner with this one!

FM Radio, OLED and higher resolutions on the device itself would be some super sweet bonuses.
$199! Isn't this too much?
Is it possible to buy this refurb iphone from ATT and not activate it. I would want to use it as an ipod touch with full wi-fi capabilities then. I will use it that way until someone jailbreaks it. Please answer this. I have been posting the same question in various different forums but to no avail.

Did anyone buy an iphone and used it as an ipod touch before activating it?
When the Nokia N770 came out, the iPhone was probably even not there in the mind of its designers!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
