I can't help but notice that you have a bimmer symbol as your icon. reduce the price on shiny over-priced crap *indeed*.
@MidwestTechGuy
with something in your name like "TechGuy" I'm guessing that you've done your fare share of blowing money on gadgets... granted, this cable is obviously not worth the money one might use to buy a junker for their 16 year old kid, but doing the whole "starving children omg" thing is just a *tad* pushing it.
@NAME they're "ebarassed" for you too.
I could use a new bt headset.
damn this would be a nice toy.
had my ps3 for 2 years and still only have the controller that came with it... this would be a nice addition.
uh... YEAH! early christmas C'MON!!
this would be a tasty holiday treat.
@(Unverified) it's right in the pictures.... there's a one-line display that's separate from the main display. it shows signal, message/vm indicators, a clock.....

and I'm sure if they can do half of what they say, there will be aftermarket apps for clocks and alarms just like there are in other app catalogs right now.
I have to agree.. and it cuts off part of the last line of comments, the search box, and a couple of other things. the redesign is a step in the right direction, but yeah, a little too busy.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
