Dec 29th 2007 8:06PM I finally buy my own xbox and I can't even recover my account to it. Earlier I was able to get to the point where it would at least attempt to download my account to my box but now I put my gamertag in and it says "it doesn't exist."
Some sort of compensation does seem in order.
