u probably should be using a mac ... and hopefully u dont work in a technology field ( sadly modern computing can be complex at times)
This is easy apple fan-gals; google>>apple in brand and product...therefore 1.5x10^6 preorders actually == disappointment
i have 10 of them 22" 1680x1050 at amazon 248.00 with next day shipping
very happy
not bad , not great but good start for intel...asus is still nicer looking but this aint bad...just needs to be
100% since they are the only ones in there...basically asus has turned the portable market on its head...a $300 mini laptop ...less than 2 pounds slightly bigger than dvd case...they sold 500,000 in 3.5 months ...they have sony running scared
thats just a protocol spec ...u need hardware to run it on
handoff from wifi to wimax is key for wimax to take off as the 4g tech of choice
wimax can inheret lots of the good stuff from wifi and ethernet...i.e. the tcp/ip stack ... 100Mb/s should be intels goal for wimax to succeed, wimax can run on any frequency or band it depends on implimentation
Officially the real world will be boring, least in Japan
ok HD has finally jumped the shark...a 7k display...grt porn in 7k, dumb utube videos in 7k
the display will have to be 400 inches to take practical advantage
HP seems to be on board and win 2008 will be getting support for it soon, linux will have it at ship @$2400per 80GB its a bargain
80000 iops per card and 700MBS sustained=basicly a $100,000USD SAN from HPorDELLorEMC
i expect if this works google datacenter (as well as other big guys) will be getting a few hundred terabytes of these guys, they would pay for themselves just in the power savings
i agree bunch of lawyers(i.e. couldn't get into MBA programs)and MBAers(i.e. couldn't get into medical school)run to much of our country
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
