...I think that's pretty cool actually.
At which point you still only have one monitor?
I'm using a HP L1940T as a secondary monitor for my work laptop, and the monitor stand can just lwoer the screen to desk level (if I want to)
I can see major public buildings in a big city submitting 3d plans of their buildings to the fire brigade in order to get use out of this...
so the case is the only part that's sustainable, since the components are off the shelf?

Oh well, I'd gotten the impression from the earlier story that the entire computer was sustainable in some way.
Price creep!
I think it looks pretty cool to be honest.

Although I'd like it in other colours.
have you checked the app store? there's probably something that'll convert it into a vacuum cleaner to pull off your socks.
The only thing stopping me buying an iPhone is bulk. It's way too big for me to carry comfortably in my pocket. I'd happily sacrifice a bunch of the functions for a phone that was half the size.
That would make sense, nobody would want to go near Oasis music.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
