The annoying thing about the Magic Mouse is the fact that it uses multitouch for right click, and only actually has one button. For example, if you have both fingers resting on the surface and you press down with your middle finger (ie to right click), as long as both fingers are touching the mouse, it will assume you're just left-clicking. You have to lift your index finger off of the mouse before right-clicking for it to register. It's so annoying, and it ruins what could have been a fantastic mouse.

The point of hatred towards 'tallica for the way they got rid of Napster is that they came out sounding genuinely worried about the future of the record industry.
