Game Informer reveals Guitar Hero IV drum kit [update] {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

May 14th 2008 5:02PM With the Wii version, can we make it so the instruments don't have built in wireless. have a simple plug that hooks to a wii remote. Make the mic a shell the remote slide into. Engage star power by raising the mic straight up (very rock star!)

DS Daily: Have you demoed? {DS Fanboy}

May 10th 2008 7:15PM alas, I don't have the Nintendo Channel yet. For some reason, my school blocked the ports needed to access the internet via Wii. So I have to wait until I go home in a week to download the new channel.

Mind over Mutant has Wii focus {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

May 8th 2008 6:53PM wha....wha.....what! A company actually caring about the Wii? Next thing they'll be telling me is the Cubs will win the World Series

THQ blames failure on Nintendo first-party titles {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

May 7th 2008 4:07PM I have three games from THQ, and they weren't that bad. Company of Heroes was great (even better because it was free); Sonic Advance rocked my socks, and Tetris Worlds was good (I Just like tetris).

I wish devs would stop complaining about the bar, step up to the plate, and knock one out of the park. Three companies that come to mind right now that should follow path: EA Sports, Harmonix, and RedOctane

Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 1 coming to PS2, Wii this July {Joystiq}

May 5th 2008 4:14PM shadow, I know what you mean. If I could use my two (well, two after I buy the Aerosmith bundle) les pauls, I'd just buy the game, drums and mic. I don't play online (i would if I could), I don't really care about DLC (still love playing my copy of GH3). I just don't like the butchered world tour and the lack of customizable characters.

Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 1 coming to PS2, Wii this July {Joystiq}

May 5th 2008 1:17PM At least this is a step in the right direction. Granted, they said they are working on the DLC situation, as well as online. Can the next big announcement be that we can use our super-sized classic controllers (GH3 guitars) for the game?

Apr 23rd 2008 3:23PM The planet Alderaan was destroyed by a rocket-propelled Chuck Norris, not the laser from the Death Star

Barackdown vs. Raw-dham Clinton 2008 {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

Apr 22nd 2008 7:09PM Put this as a real match on PPV in a no-holds-barred match, and I'll buy it without a second thought. Put them in a cage, and I'll fly there.

No Wii Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe due to Unreal Engine {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

Apr 21st 2008 2:56PM Damn avoli, you beat me to it. How dare we ask developers now in days to work for their paychecks. Should have become a game developer. Don't have to do much work, get paid a big check. As opposed to my career, which is work a lot, get paid very little.

First Rock Band Wii shots arrive, fail to cheer us up {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

Apr 17th 2008 12:39PM SourceJR, there is no special technology on the Wii version. the guitars are just buttons and a cable. the Wii Remote does all the work. EA/Harmonix/Pi are just lazy
