bet it could go faster if they leave the flag at the start ;)

Dear G. Snyder.

How does RFID work?

Very Truly Yours,
Stupid
I agree, the digs at MS are a turnoff.
To address quality issues, what about a stamp that appears (permanently) once an egg has reached an unacceptable storage tempurature?
I'd be more likely to listen through bluetooth on a train car to avoid the nerd factor. Maybe advertisers can get ipod to go BT tooth (that was for you Niraj) :)
all he has to learn now is "paper"
why not just read RFID or UPC codes?
3M precise mousing surface mouse pad
Wouldn't this make it difficult to eneter secure (non-word) passwords? Typing becomes easier because your fingers get used to the patterns of words, right? I bet most people type "the" a bit faster than they type "hit", for example.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
