At least those that don't know about firmware hacks can view full res video now.
I don't know how many times I've said this in the last few days, but this looks so fake. There are no reports of his death, and nothing substantial has been released to suggest he's made any real progress in the project, and there's more to suggest that he just couldn't handle it.
At the tender age of 3, one Joystiq blogger has won the internet with his phrase "attorney at lawl".

(don't know his real age... so I just used Joystiq's... close enough)
What a fucking tease, they tell you how great the 1-2 recreation is but don't actually show you it...
22, me too. IIRC, Graal Online was "Zelda Online" until the lawyers came.

A Pokemon MMORPG would be horrible in this day and age, since there would be way too many 8 year olds with 6 level 100 legendaries with absolutely no idea how to use them. I'll just stick to Diamond & Pearl's friend code battling, methinks.
I was actually expecting Joystiq-branded coat hangers.
@3: Yeah. You can do this all on the $600 dollar PS3 while not giving anyone a whiff of that $99.
Hey, the deus ex machina of "Snakes on a Plane" was some guy who learnt how to fly a plane via a video game.
I think it's basically a tiny beam of light being fired through a tiny stencil, and the light that survives through the stencil is the data (like what would happen if you painted over a stencil on a sheet of paper, the paint only reaches the paper in the areas where the stencil has holes) and then the cesium gas does stuff to it which makes it be able to be used for storage.
"is there blogging software that can detect "i'm a dickwad" in the i'm a dickwad and replace it with "i'm a dickwad"? That's not a comment on this article's i'm a dickwader.... =D it's just a comment on i'm a dickwaders in general. =)"
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
