You mean THE STAR WARS, the 20th Century Fox and Lucasfilm produced movie, will come out in HD-DVD, and not Blu-Ray?? And THE Indiana Jones 4, directed by Steven Spielberg?? Weren't Spielberg movies were excluded out of Paramount/HD-DVD deal??

Really, who are you trying to convince??
"[We] also really wanted to ask about getting in touch with Ted Turner for a summer internship, but we got the vibe that it'd be a no-go."

But I thought that you guys were under the same umbrella of Time Warner (because Engadget is under Weblogs, Inc. which is under AOL, a subsidiary of Time Warner, which CNN also is) ? :P
"Now I ain't sain' she a gold digger..."

Oh, well, if they don't like the retail stores, there's always the online store.
I think you're partially right. IMHO portable speakers are fine as long as it is used in the privacy of one's home. I mean, they can make and sell guns for all I care, but to use it to injure a criminal or to use it to kill innocent people depends on their users.
This post is misleading for so many reasons.

"The Bank Zone" is not just a bank, it is an area near the mentioned movie theater provided by Shinhan Bank for its customers where the customers can buy tickets for the movies and read magazines and play games.

Hence it makes sense for Sony to promote PS3 in "the bank".

I won't even argue about why promoting PSP and PS3 in a movie theater makes sense. When PC games or 360 hit the large screens, people seem to think it's cool, but when it comes to Sony doing a promotion in a theater, GOD FORBID! Double standards, anyone?

Jeez. Sony did screw up a lot of things lately, but they shouldn't be taking a rap for something they actually did right.
Wow. I was hoping that Microsoft would sell one of them Simpsons Movie SE Xbox 360 BUT NO!!! THEY HAVE TO MAKE JUST 100 OF THEM TO GIVE AWAY THEN COME OUT WITH THIS HALF-A**ED HALO 3 SE XBOX 360. WHOOP-DEE-F***ING-DOO!!! Sorry about all the rage.
The E-Ink watch will replace my 007 SE Swatch Irony model.
Why are you asking "when" if they haven't even said that they would?!?!

BTW you can get your "FLAC and Xvid on the train" action without your phone signal.
Geez... What's up with all these commotions? I mean, it's fun and all, and it _is_ WWDC, but in two hours, we're going to know all about it.
Well, considering the fact that the phone has HSDPA and that it has two camera lens - one on the back, and one on the left side of the speaker -, I would guess that this phone supports video chatting.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
