Ported Sub, this guy should humm really good.
The problem is it will be too late due to WiMax being on the horizon. Everyone is supposed to convert to that.
There is domain support in Leopard. You can join OS X to Active Directory and authenticate using directory credentials just like you do in Vista. I have it setup now. You go under Utilities and click on Directory Access. You will see Active directory in there under the services tab. Been supported for a while, it is also in Tiger. That is the only thing I would say is incorrect about your post. In fact, OS X gives you more options, Active Directory is not the only directory services solution out there and Apple Supports LDAPv3 as well as Active Directory where Vista only supports AD for the most part.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
