How about an App store 'gift card' sort of credit for underutilized mobile data plans, or encourage users to set options in their apps to defer heavy transfers until in range of an access point.
The so-called LiveStream is just an animated GIF...

Is finding a location where some bigmouth is NOT.
I've been riffing on this idea for years. But I would make select parking spaces and the first couple car lengths at stop light controlled intersections inductive - not the whole road.

World Economy Suggestion:

Stop burning hydrocarbons to make energy.

Waste from these reactors has half life of 300 years versus eons of existing reactors - not bad!
If you've visited Vegas and wanted WiFi acces in a hotel room, you know it's a revenue source for the hotels - Caesar's Palace charges $12 a day for it. It will be nice to have Internet without the additional upsell fee from the hotels!

"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
