Jul 16th 2008 7:35PM uhh .... in 1969 I bought a carton of Cool cigarettes with the seal unbroken and the ATF stamp on the bottom of each pack. The only "problem" was that each and every cigarette was hand packed with great dope. Vietnam was not all bad.....
