Why do you buy a game console? To play games.

Why do you buy a camera? To take photos.

Please get it straight, and stop mixing phones and cameras, and all that stuff..gosh.
Sounds like an episode of The Twilight Zone..
This is number what?.. Has anyone actually brought these?

Maybe in the future these will be a trend.
When anyone makes something that sells big, you should expect their to be ripped copies.. Duhh.. :-) Every good thing (and even some bad products) have been pirated.
Okay.. so they're going to make some dust particles "disappear?" How will we know the difference, they're so small. They could just blow them away.. and how's that going to help? Haha.
Interesting.. I'm sticking with my Canon though. Almost have enough money saved up for the EOS Digital Rebel XT! :-)
Personally, the S3 IS, looks like another way for them to jack the price up.. I've seen the S2 for as low as $300 on bizrate already, and when I called Wal-Mart a week or two ago they said they'd have it for that price in "a week or two." Sure, they might've put a few more minor features on and changed the color [wow!], but it really looks the same. I think if any, I'll probably go with the S2, at least until I have enough money to get a SLR.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
