Jul 15th 2008 12:11PM @Rich - I despise MMS as well and would rather just use email. However until all my friends have (push) email enabled phones, I will still have a need for it. I just hope Apples plan for MMS isn't to just wait until that time arrives.

Jul 11th 2008 2:34PM I would be fine with the "Email replaces MMS" argument if you could convince all of my friends to stop MMSing me and to obtain mobile email access.
I despise MMS, but I despise not having MMS on my iPhone even more.

Jul 8th 2008 1:37PM @Tannerozzy - Maybe you haven't noticed; publicly Apple fans are very defensive of their favorite brand. But in private they will nit pick to death on the most minor of details because they have come to demand a very high standard.
I feel like the 3G iPhone is a huge failure. It has very limited additional capabilities. The v1.2 software along with the App store however is HUGE and is what the iPhone should have been to start with.
