Well Lubbock Texas had those cameras for about 6 months then they were taken down for several reasons first being that the state changed the amount of money the city would make and second because red light infractions may have been down but rear end collisions went way up and there was also a big stink for the resoning of why the city council wanted them in the first place it ended up costing the city money instead of making profit

you have to wait at the light to make a left turn and that cost TIME which in business translates into MONEY where as right turns can be made on red so less time waiting
Yeah but what do they do with the trucks in Europe theyve got to have a left turn program due to the oppisite driving
Any one know if this could be used with the PSP GPS addon that would be cool
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
