That whirlwind mechanic sounds gimmicky as hell. I figured that this far into the DS's cycle Nintendo would be done trying to throw in gimmicks with the hardware, but I guess not.

Microphone based input really annoys me. It almost always malfunctions in environments with high background noise like riding in a car or on the bus, or almost any public location, or just sitting outside when there is a little bit of a breeze.

If there is anything in this world that can make a movie great without crippling plot holes, its having lots and lots of writers.
