yuck. I appreciate the effort, but that's the worst interface ever. Huge fonts that are not adjustable, and very difficult to figure out where the online friends stop and the offline friends start. pretty much unusable.

I'll stick with my live.xbox.com page in my bookmark bar.
I'm surprised Newertech wasn't the first to do this...
the above word should have been "now", instead of "not". doh.
You guys are wrong about this being clunky or that the Sony remote is a better option. I just found the necessary generic version components on ebay for $16.95 shipped, and I'm not happily controlling my PS3 with my Harmony 880! :)

You can hide the IR receiver behind your tv or somewhere and just point in that direction . nice.
Hmm...dreaming of Tivo To Go on my series 3...
Uh, 34th st = middle America? I don't think so. It is trashy and low class, if you ask me.

34th st is the only area I (as a local) avoid more than Times Square.
Holy...

I've been a Mac user for 10 years and I've never seen a Newton in real life. This is the first time I've seen a video demo of it too. I can't believe how advanced this thing was. It could be released as a product today. jeez.
but why doesn't Safari save my password in the Password field? how am I ever going to remember that obscure pre-assigned password?
OMG does someone have to complain about the Netscape player on every post?

netscape, Google video, youtube, who cares. if it works it works, and right now it's working.

BTW, Netscape=AOL=TUAW. not a huge surprise as to why they use it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
