It's okay, most of these posters are still stuck in the 80's mindset; optical discs, drives with moving parts, needing to plug in 5+ peripherals. We can enjoy cutting edge technology while they bang away on their bricks.

Doubt it. If that's the case, everyone will be walking around with a jailbroken iPhone/Touch. If Apple doesn't treat these apps like widgets, all hell will break loose.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
