Nikon's Coolpix S51c with a lick of WiFi sugar {Engadget}

Aug 30th 2007 12:02PM I had an S7c and loved the WiFi on it. When the S50c came out, I sold my S7c to a co-worker and bought a S50c. The WiFi on it sucks! Why do I want to upload the photos to Nikon's server when my computer is where I want them? I returned it within 10 days. Unless I can transfer directly to my computer, and not have to go through Nikon, I don't see the WiFi being worth the extra money. Maybe that's just me though.

The S50c was a decent camera, nice form. Hope they get the WiFi right.

Swedish bomb squad blows around on Segways {Engadget}

Jan 23rd 2007 12:51PM Yeah, but couldn't you run faster than a Segway? I am just picturing these bomb squad guys going all out trying to get away from an impending explosion.
